Windows Application For Converting/Burning?

More or less, I download a load of fresh/new/upcomming films, pretty much every day; I've been hunting down a single application which can handle all of the features I require.

Converting DIVX / XVID to PAL-DVD, followed by burning to DVD-DISC, obviously there are countless applications which can do each task, but I'm looking for a fast application which can do both tasks without fail. Instead of having to worry about using two applications.

I know, I'm fussy, but oh well.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I said I'm looking for a 2-in-1 type of application, I don't want to have a 2 applications for the same task, I know there are applications out there, I cant' be the only one who wants this. Thanks anyway.

I know! But forgot to say that I haven't come across such freeware application.. therefore I provided both the links..And the burning tool is only 4mb in size..

I'm not looking for freeware, I don't mind 'paying' for software, paid software is going to run faster/smoother/easier then freeware for this kinda job. Thanks anyway though
