There was a time where I relied on System Restore almost daily, back when I was a lad with a virus-riddled desktop.

Yeah, pretty sure there is a limit to the length in which you can go back.

It sucks.. but it makes sense. If there wasn't, they'd need extra memory/space to store all of that data.
