I've tried googles cloud but the only allow windows/linux server hosts, i tried amazon aws which apparently offer desktop OS but i've singed up multiple times, contacted support only to be told i have to work "within my instances limit" which is ZERO (WTF) until i build up some history. Of course with 0 to work with in have F ALL to work within.
Can anyone recommend a secure desktop cloud VM from a reputable provider at a reasonable cost. To be clear i don't want hacked ones as they're too unstable/full of randsomeware

Note i'd like them in locations USA, UK, Canada, AUS. Basically 1st world english speaking countries +
