Windows 2003 server ip rotation?

Can somebody tell me how to rotate ip's on my windows 2003 VPS ? I would like if i could make that every half hour windows change the ip.

I have 5 dedicated IP's purchased with my package.

I've never seen software specifically for windows for this. You could do it manually though.

You could use Winautomation to go into IE and change the proxy every X amount of time.

He's not talking about proxies, he is talking about IPs he bought from his server provider.

Yeah i don't need proxies.
I know there is no software for that, there is a script, but i don't know where to find it :S
