Windows 10 VPS with Germany data center?

Looking for a cheap and reliable Windows 10 VPS (not Windows server) located in Germany. Give me recommendations. Also, can it mimic a regular PC at home? I mean, if anyone looks up the IP and all, they shouldn't find out it's a VPS.

Edit: If you can wait, Black Friday is the best time to buy at Hostinger. I am constantly renewing my plan for one year at BF.

How much would this setup cost?

Would it be undetectable (and cheaper) to just get a dedicated residential IP VPN and use it on my own computer?

I don't think so, I did it for years but after I moved everything to the cloud my electricity bill went like 60% down All the newest servers they got there are crazy efficient. Right now I'm running dedicated to he honest because after few years I got too many VPSes and it got kinda expensive again So I moved like 90% of them on one Proxmox...
 
Yeah even like a $5 VPS is worth it for the fast internet speeds and the fact you can run things on it 24/7. If you don't want whoever to see you're using a VPS you'll probably want a Static ISP proxy which has fast speeds and looks like normal user

$5 dollar one gonna piss you off after while if you have to do thing with it, but if it is just to set up automation and never go back, it is good enough for sure;)

Just check out their plans.
 
Find out what is reasonable for your needs and pick something that will support your site on into the future.
Pretty good windows vps solutions are offered by Rockhoster.com and NetShop-isp.com.cy web hosts. Try to compare them and choose the best.

You can find a Germany VPS server with dedicated resources and static IPs. They work like your regular PC for most tasks, but note that complete masking as a home connection is not always guaranteed.
 
Check for unmetered bandwidth and ample storage. Some providers throttle speeds or charge extra for overages. As for VPS hosting in Frankfurt, would recommend GTHost.com highly.
