I've window 8 pro in my desktop. It is not registered completely, I wanna get 8.1 upgradation. I don't know what I need to do for that. Please help me to get some knowledge?

I still haven't upgraded. Heard number of people complaining about 8.1. Maybe bugs are fixed now I don't know, interested to hear from other members.

You can find the update your copy of Windows here. Although, if by 'not registered', you mean illegal copy, you will not find any help here. Buy the software.
