Win a Paypal Refund Dispute

I'd like to win over a paypal dispute but it's getting really difficult.

Basically, I got a shitty product from a guy who got his money .

I've received the product and see it's really bad product with low quality (in the sales page the product seems great).

However, I've asked for a refund and the guy told paypal about the tracking number so It's a proof that he sent the package.

How can I tell to paypal then the product is really bad and I just want a refund?

the best way is to talk gently with the seller and try to deal with him..

there many ways to win dispute "based on product nature" but it's still better to talk with the seller multiple times for both of you
