What kind of cloaking are you looking for? IP based, user-agent based,etc? Do you have a certain script in mind, or do you need one custom coded? And what type of cloaking are you doing? Doorway pages, mosaic cloaking, etc? Need more specifics before adding you

When cloaking you will need to ensure that you have an updated IP address for search engines that must be updated in real-time. Also ensure that the two pages that you show are the same size; it is easy for a search engine like Google to compare a cloaked page to a non-cloaked page. Finally do not forget to add in the noarchive meta tag as well

I've coded over a year ago CIDR based cloak for every major search engine which is the most fastest way to look for search engine IP (assuming you've codes that support CIDR notations calculations). Those ranges does not need to be updated real-time. I don't think so that many people even know how to get full ranges for any ISP.
