I am willing to pay $1 per sign up or $25 per paying customer for promoting my website service.

Looking for high traffic affiliate marketers, email marketers, facebook ad gurus, and pay per click masters.

don't use microworkers. it'll sign up but they won't be a back end

so I can set up the ad.. on fb, why should I have to pay for it when he wants the sign ups? It's not even really fronting money, I'd set up the campaign and generate his leads off facebook. There is no scam here. It'd be my charge to set up, dependent on whether he wanted to start small or go with somewhat middle ground.
