I've worked with William Jack.

As first, I barely understood a word he said.

He was about 1-2 weeks late on delivery of what I asked.

I purchased 100 YT Video's.

He was to steal other people's video's, re upload with my specs, and put annotation on.

He did end up delivering 100 video's that are all still live.

I ended up paying.... 30$ I think.

Lost my PP dispute as it was for a service and the scammer still IM's me from time to time in broken english.

Sadly, he could just easily create and add a new email address to an existing pp profile and use that...

I ordered Gmail accounts from him twice, 200 total. Forwarded and he came through without a problem.
