I have used TweetAttacks before, it is not very well. Nowadays, many twitter tools are so bad in operating. Reasons: 1, twitter enhances its monitoring and hit the spam. 2, twitter begins to place an importance on its ads. That's my understanding and experience. Thank you!

No Seriously.. he's releasing it next tuesday (24th). he's doing a dimesale for the standard ver at $17 and pro at $27.
