Will we be automatically Smart Priced on Adsense with 100% Twitter traffic?

I've been doing a lot of reading about Google Adsense smart pricing and many people say they look at your traffic source, CTR and advertisers conversion rates once they've clicked through from your website (they use Google analytics data for this).

Am I doomed to $0.10 smart price clicks with my 3% CTR and 100% twitter traffic source?
