hi
I got a letter from twitter saying I was spamming...

now when i try to create acc on twitter using those ip's it seems

im blocked


will twitter ever lift the ban?

Go and submit a simple ticket.

"By honest and say thank you for your time(to them)."

It should help, depending why did they suspend your account..

^^ cost is about $150 per month

but i think twitter looks tweets from c block so may not be so good...
