Will translated content rank in google?

I am planning to translate content from English to other language using google translator.
Then I correct the grammar by myself. Will it rank?
I am not going to use Adsense.

If the content has been only converted from one language to another using algorithms, Google will check the possibility of it belonging to any other language and then mark that content as spam. To avoid the problem, you can spin the content in a word spinner.
