Will this work ?

Recently one of my friend doing PPI realted stuff and he told that he gets 0.50-0.70 per install , i dont know actual country which his users were from, anyway but i found a service in marketplace by abracadabra (ןɯʇɥ˙ɹǝʌǝ-ʇsoɔ-ʇsǝʍoן-pıoɹpuɐ-soı-spɐoןuʍop-ddɐ-ǝןıqoɯ-ןɐǝɹ-001-ʇǝb-895199/ɔsıɯ/oǝs-ʇɐɥʞɔɐןq/ɯoɔ˙pןɹoʍʇɐɥʞɔɐןq˙ʍʍʍ//:dʇʇɥ)[i cant place links sorry] , and the approval post of bigbuddy . that to him per install costs him around 0.4-0.5 $... so it is a clear cut profit..... right... can i do so,, can i take a offer from any ppi network and promote it in this way... will it work ?

Why not anyone answering this, what you think ,,,,,, i think it will work but have no experiance what ppi allows and what not
