Will this work?

I was thinking of buying an already monetized channel and then turn it into an educational whiteboard animation channel.
Since I don't have any experience/skills myself I'm planning to outsource the voice over & the video editing.

The downside is that I'm not that creative or have the time to do research on topics.
I was actually thinking of "stealing" content from similar channels but simply use my own video which basically will look (almost) the same.
The same goes for the voice, I will use the same script but "another voice".

Do you guys think it's possible to still get monetized?
I mean the content is kinda unique but I will be stealing the topic and basically provide the viewers with the same information.


The plan is to research for videos that have gained a lot of views and then try to make a more clickbaity title & thumbnail. Since I'm outsourcing I can't really afford to put out more than 1 video each day.

Animation videos are having a hard time right now. From what I have seen, a lot of them get rejected even with original content.
