Will this work with my paypal???

My paypal has been permently limited. I have close to 800 dollars in there.. hoping this will work. so I can use my money


I saw a link on youtube saying if you have a netspend card you can buy with paypal... i'm currious if I can use my pa pal balance???

Br, what happened? I did all that work and haven't finished yet. WHat did they say to you?

If you paypal is limited you can not do anything with the money. They say you have to wait 180 days before you can withdraw the remaining funds but I have found that normally it is about 2 months.
