Will this work for apps

Hey buddies. I am creating an app for my office workers 20-30 people.
The app is a trivia quiz game that they will use while in the office 8-6.
I plan on monetizing with ironsource reward video, where they earn points to enter quizzes, for every watched reward video.
-They will make use of office wifi
-They will use app in same timeframe..
So my main reason for this is to know if this is accepted and will not get me banned by ad networks.

So what do you think?.

Won't work. It will get you banned sooner or later for malicious/suspicious clicks.

But its not cash incentive and its literally a game they earn points with when they watch reward videos just like other games

Yes, but you are showing ads, right? Which advertiser wants his ads to be shown to the same group of people over and over again without getting any leads? None.

Won't sustain.

But isn't this the same as all the game apps that I download?

Sometimes if I play and I need extra health for my character or an extra life or something I can watch a video ad and I get extra health.

Is this different than that?
