will this technique work? adult related

hi,

im about to start outsourcing sign ups through good old
rent-an-eslave.biz (obviously not a real website)

the plan is for the the outsource guy to sign up to a webcam site
150-350 times a day with different emails and different account info and different IP addresses.

i know the company reviews the payments before paying out, is there any way they can tell that these sign ups are fake?
other than the fact that none of em are converting, that is. (i think i have a way around that)

any advice from people who have done this before?

You'll get banned, don't try and waste your money on it.

Yes the leads wont convert and you will be asked to stop promoting them or you will get banned. I was asked to stop promoting something a couple weeks ago even though i was only making 2 sales a day. And there was no blackhat involved.
