Will this site sell on flippa?

Ok so heres the deal a friend gave me 20 articles ranging from 400-1000 words all unique. I tried selling for 5 a pop but only sold 2 so my question is will i be able to get a good sale price on a fresh site/brand new domain with these 20 articles? Also i could probably get another 20 articles to sweeten the deal what do you think?

Articles are hardly sold if it is not niche specific. If these are unique articles with a specific niche, I would suggest using it at your own website by scheduling it.

My answer is no. I think no one will buy the new site with 20 unique articles even it is cheaper than $40. You can sell the article at freelancer as you say for $40. However, I found on Fiverr that many people sell 1 article for $5.
