will this plugin give duplciate content penalty?

The very very rare bit of duplicate content isn't a massive issue as long as your site is 99% unique blah blah

However, simply lifting articles from one site to the other will cause you issues with Google over time. I really wouldn't use articles from a directory, everyone else for their PBNs etc so the same content could be on 10/20/blah other websites

try and stay away form duplicate content. It is risky and why take unwanted risks. One article won't hurt bad but few can.

You can set posts to drafts so that you can edit them in due course. Put a disclaimer somewhere on your website that you are a RSS Aggregating website and Adsense won't touch you unless you mess up.

It's so much more than a RSS Importer though, so it's worth the purchase even without using that feature.
