I had An Idea of Creating a Website That Share Everything For Free, Themes, Wordpress Themes, hacks(Fake..), Ebooks, Codes, Discounts etc..
People Will Just Have to Complete CPA Offer, then Redirect to The Download Page.
Will This Kind Of website Work?
And Can Anyone Suggest me What to Add more to my Website?
I already Have Domain Name and Hosting, WordPress Installed...

That is a simple idea for a PPD website, the main thing is how you get traffic.
 
There are thousands of similar site for example scriptmafia
It can bring you money but you have to add minimum 100's of product everyday

Your going to get in hot water legally for putting up stolen products and hosting them.
 
This will work. But there are many websites out there offering this. And many sites offering this without any survey filled. You can twist it out. Like people always look for latest theme or software versions. So what you can do is offer old version available as click to download (without survey) and if they need latest version they need to fill a survey.
You can even do like this if you want to enter private zone to FIND latest version of this theme 'click here' there goes survey then they are redirected to private zone of that particular theme whr he find all theme versions available, here you are not assuring visitors latest version available, just telling them its private zone whr you get all versions free.
There is a plugin it provides unique survey or CPA offers to visitors each time they wanted to do survey, its based on thr IP address. I forgot the name you search for it.
 
You need to have an offshore hosting for this.

Ask your host if warez linking is allowed.
 
This kind of website have to be a really big project i mean loads information must be implemented. You can write out and make some articles for latest games etc. make a forum and start to create a community, but as i saied this will have to be a big project you will need a good way of getting a traffic and somehow attract people to stay on your website. Any useful freebies which are new in the internet should work great!

As soon as you figure out how are you going to deal with all those legal stuff - then it's gonna be an awesome site. Not that it is some kind of unique one, but there are only few of them that contain all these stuff under 'one roof'.
 
Sounds good, however there are already many sites offering the same thing. So if you would like to stay ahead of competition and get high traffic to your site, then you would have to ensure you advertise your site well and also add new stuff to the site everyday.
 
You should focus on getting the traffic, not the actual website. Converting the traffic is your secondary problem.
 
I forgot to say you will need some custom coding done for this. That will cost a bit of money upfront.
