Will this get me banned?

Do people on here usually post to Instagram from the mobile app whilst Instagress is also running? I've been pausing mine every time I make a post (several times a day.) It's laborious but I am very keen to not have my account banned.

I suppose this wouldn't be a problem with FL as long as you're on the same WiFi network/same IP - is this anything to be worried about whilst using Instagress?

Thanks for the feedback everyone. A few followups:

1) Slow down liking- Why? I thought 700 likes well below the number that was allowed? Isn't that number 1000? Has Instagram lowered that?
2) Why I'm not auto-following- Instagress has this warning on their site: "Try to not have liking, commenting and following activity on your phone during your activity is started on Instagress."

So thats why I was being cautious with not using auto-follows while I'm liking lots of stuff. Plus if you follow tons of people, how do you decide who to unfollow?
