Hi, I am quite new to youtube video marketing thing, but i am trying to get more visitors to my niche site which is promoting a CB product and i wanted to diversify and use youtube if possible. I want to upload yt videos and put my website address in description .. but i dont really think i can create completely new and unique videos related to my niche .. so i was hopping if i can download those already on yt , change them a bit , and then reupload them to point to my site? would this work? or would i be flagged and banned?

Also any suggestions on how to create/get more videos or any other method to publicize my site would be extremely helpful.

thanx

Well if someone reports you and says part is theirs and you stole it then yes, but it's posible no one will ever notice so it's up to you. Why dont you make original videos or pay someone to make them for you if you can't?

youtube is best way to grab more visitor to your website but you have to make sure before creating video check which topic gonna be popular in web then create...

Quite simple to make some slideshow videos from images using windows live movie maker. If you want something a bit better than that and you don't have the skills you will have to pay someone.

you will always be taking a risk using other peoples work, try using another youtube account if you don't want to risk your main account.

I understand where you are going with this. And, maybe it's tempting to use another person's Clickbank video review for yourself as that would save you from having to make a video of your own. But, if that person whom you are taking the video from finds out (and they likely will as you are competing with them in Youtube search), then you will get reported. You might more easily hire someone really cheap on any gig site to create a $5.00 Clickbank review for you. And, you could even provide the review script of what is to be said. Just one idea to help your Clickbank review channel.

I've never tried my hand at YT marketing, but even I know that there's a pretty good chance you risk getting banned for stealing someone else's video to promote your own links.

As others have said, you'll be better off having your own video made. If it's worth doing it's worth doing right.

So if Any body just CLAIM that a YT video is owned by him then YT will ban the video? Or YT wants you to give out your documentaries of your claim?
What if the YT video publisher LETS you to reupload his video in YT once gain (under you own account)???

Thanks

Dude, if you will look at the 1st page itself of that product you will find many similar videos there...so you could actually reupload anyone of them by little tinkering, not exactly the same...YT has become much strict in terms of copyright and if you uploaded the same video, there might be a chance that the video will get removed just after it has been published...happened with me...keep trying an split testing

Will watermarking a video keep people from stealing it?

I can create a transparent png with my watermark, play the video on my desktop, and use camtasia to screen capture the video through the png.

Is that a deterrent to people stealing it?

Youtube hate those affilate programs so you can expect that any little TOS breaking will lead your whole account to ban asap, so copying videos is nearly poinless there.

I am not planning to grab someone else's review video of a cb product and then reup as my own .. no not talking about that .. i know i will get banned from yt and cb as well .. what i was hoping to do was to grab some old user uploaded videos related to my niche but not of the product i am promoting , and then do a bit of edits in the video (minor edits , just to bluff yt to believe its a different video) or may be mix a few videos and combine them to create a new one .. will it still get me the ban??

also i know paying someone would be easier n time saving but i would start doing that once i earn something first .. also i want to invest as minimum time as i can and creating new videos my self would be time consuming.

so what do you guys say now?

also any software that can get this edits done for me ?

Why don't use a unique video? If you got some footage (photo, video) some text and sound you can create a 60sec video in 15 minutes...
It's better on the long term..
