Send as much traffic as I can to the blog
MAKE MONEY?

or is the fitness niche oversaturated these days?

No one can say if it will work, it depends on your work, motivation and work!!

There is no saturated niche if you are ready to beat competition.

Start now, don't wait.
 
Fitspo accounts are popular in IG, TW and on Pinterest. If you start with a free blogspot blog rewriting good articles and embedding youtube videos (of not monetized accounts), and sending traffic from social networks, you can try how it works without having to invest a dime. Then if it profitable you can improve your system with a selfhosted blog and buying quality posts.
 
Agreed with Adrian. You need to look at this like an investment and spend what you're comfortable spending to make it a success. Focus all of your time on this one project for a couple of months to market it and then assess where you're at.

For example, I purchased 10 original posts about my niche for $45 on Fiverr. The domain cost me $8 and hosting is free. You'd have to be a total tool not to make back $53, so for me it's all about seeing what works and dropping the ones that don't.

What are your thoughts on ClickBank fitness products?

When you say "send as much traffic as I can" .. do you mean seo? paid ads? youtube?

If you have a thorough plan, the chances of your blog succeeding will greatly increase :)
