Maybe a few years ago. Don't expect great results when you go cheap on links.

if your tier 1 web 2.0's are not aged, then you will have some issues. your best bet is to create those web 2.0 immediately and DO NOT point a link to your money site. let them age for 30+45 days, then gradually create a link to your money site
