if you turned your website into a landing page type of thing, you would be ok I guess..

Sure whats the difference ? A landing page only has 1 or very few pages and a proper website has lots more pages so why would it make a difference ?

the bigger the site, the better if you ask me...anyways, if you send the traffic from your page, that should be ok

You can say you're running a PPV campaign...

As long as they don't have anything against PPV you should be fine. If there are any issues with quality then they might look into referring URL's but as long as the traffic backs out you shouldn't have any issues.

I didn't do any CPA, I'm more to affiliates stuff but there's my friend using PPV and have a big success with CPA.

So I assume it's safe.

Anyway for the OP, you should always ask your affiliate manager.
Make a close relationship, they might cover you since they want money as well. Money from % of your earning. You get it? :D

It depends on your CPA netowrk if they have a good tracking system they will came to know
