Will these links rank low comp keywords?

Hi guys,

I have a few keywords sitting around page 2 without any backlinks and whilst I wait for my web2.0's and PBN's to age, should I build these links to my money pages:

1. Blog Comment Links
2. Profile links, Forum links etc.
3. Wikipedia

Would these links help rank my low comp keywords? and Would it be better to build these links to my money pages or my homepage?

I'll prefer building sucH links as TIER 2

If it's mass generated links, build them to your web 2.0. If you're paying good money for the links, build it to your main domain.
