Will the crypto sent to the wrong Address be recovered?

Hi friends, I have confused the crypto name similarity found on 2 different exchanges. i transferred the tru coin to the erc20 wallet on the exchange, which is a tru token. Do you think there's any chance Bitmart officials said it would be salvageable?

actually, the account I sent belongs to me, so erc20 belongs to me. for example, only xrp can be invested there, but I invested luna.

i contacted them and they asked for 0.005 btc as a transaction fee. They said we could save it, but I wasn't sure.

If you are on a network that is not quantum protected than you may have a chance... in the years to come, but it probably won't be you that gets it. Sorry.
