Will taxes and stocks be effected!!

I'm curious if anyone has any insight to the future in America, the corona killed me in the stocks I was hoping that it would go back up but now all the looting and rioting has begun. so what my concern is will it come back up any time soon and will all the vandalism cause taxes to go up to fix all the busted up cities?
