In my website traffic reporting lacks of traffics are returning from url shortener, Coz of this do my ranking harm.

Traffic report is show traffic source url shortners. It is showing very less source from twitter,FB accounts.

I'm not the smartest person on SEO stuff, but I have heard that it never hurts anything to have a shortener. Don't know for sure if it helps, but I know it doesn't hurt.

don't worry, it wont hurt yout SEO ranking, in fact it can reduce percentage of getting penalty. This is why most of the people uses GSA Blast > URL Shortener > Money site

i use GSA Blast > URL Shortener >web2.0 > Money site ,but not really know how many URL shortener should be used and what URL shorteners are good ..

URL shorteners doesn't hurt your ranking. Google considers shortened URLs as 301 permanent redirects which will pass link juice. To be safe, just avoid multiple redirects.

Go for it. Just avoid double shorteners since it's unnatural to shorten it twice
