Will servers accept my cash tip in this case?

After paying for the meal, will servers accept my tip in foreign cash? (I know for example, the USA is fixated on tipping culture so much that it's normalized, like why? Employers should be the ones paying their wages!) I know that in my country, no one really tips since employees are paid fairly (since it is set by law). Anyway, will they really accept my cash tip despite being in a high value currency different from their own, for instance:

• 100 Dinars (Kuwait)
• 100 Rials (Oman)

It's appropriate to tip in the local currency in most locales.
