will paypal reopen a permanent locked account?

i got linked to my brothers paypal, and they closed mine down as soonest i got limited. my bro owed them some money so i paid them off and they said that i was too much of a risk and decided to close my account permanently,this was like 3 months ago, now im getting emails from paypal to resolve my limitation to use paypal again. would they really reopen my account or is it b.s?

you have the same physical address as your bother I assume? anyway probably likely to get it back if you paid back the debt, call for the best support.

at the time we had the same physical address on our id's, no we both have diff. addresses so im guessing i should be ok.what sucked was that i paid them the money and they still closed my account back then.

if they still keep my account closed, is there anyway i can sell on there, i know about stealth accounts and fakke paypals. the thing is i sell high dollar t.v's and my account will likely get limited asap and they will be asking for ssn# then i would be screwed. is there away to get around the ssn#?

a permanent closed account is permanent, thats why it is called that.

I have received similar mails seems like they have some automated notification sent to every account. but I don't think they will reinstate permanently locked accounts.

Been with ebay papal business over 5 years ,once you paid them your limitation wont be lifted thats 100% sure.

Yup, eventhough i paid the old account they still didnt reopen my account, it will remain locked. thats some b.s, money to the trash, oh well.
