Will PayPal Fine Me?

My paypal account was permanently limited because i used their payment gateway and services in my porn website. They hold my money and informed me that they will release after 180 days.

Now i want to know whether paypal will fine me or take legal actions on me in future. Please answer my question.

Paypal is too big to be taking small birds to court. I wouldn't be afraid of them sending a lawsuit your way. Just receive the money after the time frame and use a different payment processor. You will be fine, they won't do anything to harm you or your business.

Fine you for what exactly, PayPal is a payment processor, not a court of law. PayPal may like to think they are more than a payment processor, but at the end of the day, that is all they are. Nothing more, nothing less.
 
They hold me just $6 only. My month transaction is below $200 only. They limited my account by 4th December 2013. Already 2 months passed. Will they fine me or take me to court?

They mentioned the following in the email:-

"" Per the User Agreement, when PayPal permanently limits an account due to an
Acceptable Use Policy violation, we may hold your funds up to 180 days. In
addition, you will be liable to PayPal for the amount of PayPal's damages
for each violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. """

Please answer my question. I'm so afraid about that. I can't sleep too..
 
I can only echo what Shadexpwn. They will release the money in 180 days.

They froze one of my Paypal accounts a couple of years back and they sent me the money outstanding 180 days later.

In their terms the phrase "PayPal's damages" only means they will deduct money if there is a loss to them, for example in that 180 day period someone does a chargeback and only then they can only withold the actual amount claimed. If there are no complaints from buyers they will release your money in full.
 
Are you sure that they won't take me to court. I don't want that money. I want to be safe. Please anybody advice me....
 
lmfao sleep well. These are small small things and why worrying :D There are pretty much other scary things around but you aint near a mile of any 'em

Damn, so for two months you couldn't sleep? What are you doing in BHW?
 
No I've had that before, you'll just have to either add a credit card and transfer your money or wait 180 days and then add a credit card to get your money ROFL
