So I currently have $200 in a PayPal but every time I try to send it to my main PayPal I get the error: "Sorry, your payment cannot be sent..."

Will pay you a certain amount if you can help me.

That's right ...
Send them email using " contact us " form.
Just keep in mind that if you're using USA based PP then write that email in good/error free English.
Once they receive your email they will settle it down.

You probably need to verify yourself if you live in the US due to fraud reasons, etc.
