I thought this would be easy to replicate in css using dreamweaver but I've been struggling and now i'm fed up trying too... Basically I want the following layout shown in the linked image made using css with an external css file.

it is about time someone brought out a css layout editor, like front page used to work for tables you just draw what you need and it build the code for you.

Something like that would be so useful...
