I am in search of information.

I am looking for information on the closest windows VPS or dedicated server to Nike. I would prefer the server to be on an EC2, softlayer, rackspace etc but it doesnt have to be. Nike uses cdn so I need to find the closest VPS to one of their servers. I just cant seem to figure it out. It needs to have 1ms ping, low latency, and minimum hops. I need to get as closest as possible. I will paypal someone $50 just for this information.
