Will Pay $50 CPA Acceptance with Dating Sites

I Have been around on this forum for few months now and I currently run A succesfull PPC campain for a product but its Obvious that for me to grow on IM I will have to be accepted on CPAs, I have applied to some of them and I have been rejected, I live in the US but my spoken English is terrible and that is not helping me. I need a CPA that has good Dating Promos and I am willing to pay $50 if someone can get me into one.
