the thread topic pretty much states what i need, but if you are still confused.
here is what i need.

Paypal account limited and they want a driving license copy (photoshoped *you will do this*)
and a utility bill (photoshoped *you will do this*)
both documents should be same as the real ones are in newyork. because paypal account is affiliated with a newyork address *fake*.

will pay 25$ to anyone who can do this.

Sure, I bet many forgers will risk jail time and legal problems for 25 dollars.

I can do it but i will take upfront payment. Because people run away when their work is over

but then again, your concern is right.

what i can do this is.... out of the 2 documents... you photoshop one... i pay 25$ and then you do the other...

so i will know as well that you can do the job, and won't run away with my 25$ ;)
 
Paypal guys are not stupid. IMHO you will get your acc banned if you do this

It's not just easy to do it in photoshop... forging a doc to make it look legit is very hard.

IMO its difficult to get a person to do this for just 25$.

EDIT: send me the specification , will give it a try!
 
@jairathnem i don't want you to try, i want someone to do it... who is confirm and 100% sure about their skills ;) because i have funds in that pp acct.
