Will pay $10 for a 5 minute job

I need someone familiar with windows hosting and web.config files to help me with an http redirect exception. I have several urls I want to 301 redirect to a new url, and that's working fine, BUT, I need to prevent a few directories on some of the old domains to not forward and I'm having difficulty doing that. If you can help me fix the syntax, it's an easy $10 for a 5 minute job.
