Will organic impression/reach/growth come back?

I did too many follow / unfollow in these 8 months. Now although I have 15.4k followers, they are slowly declining and my impressions and reach are 7k and 5k respectively.

Talking about organic growth and impressions, I talked with one photography account last week who had 2.5k followers ( it's increasing slowly). I asked for screenshot of her post's insight and she sent me – her reach and impressions were nearly same as mine. And then I knew my account was throttled...

I don't know what to do; I will give my account a little break. Will my organic growth / reach / impression will be back ?

should I logout too for two weeks ?

yeah, its worked for some people. humans take vacations, get bored, and then come back and reuse the app. the bots are 24/7 never taking vacation every single day. a vacation like this may reset any shadowban list the account might be on
