I have set up a programming forum with nulled version of vbulletin and a nulled version on vbseo. I have hired some forums posters to populate the forum. All I am worried is will there be any problem in near future? Will vbulletin sue my site?

VBulletin actively scans for nulled versions on the web. If you get caught they will threaten legal action. If you can afford it I'd just buy it.

Omg.. I have already started posting contents in my forum.... Is there any other way to change it to phbbb with my data persisted?

You may want to find an offshore hosting account. There are companies that host nulled VB and ignore DMCA reauests from Vbulletin

Google for a vbulletin to phpbb converter. There're several

You might get trouble with this one, you might get block with your web host if you're going to use nulled vbulletin or other nulled script.

I suppose I am already in offshore hosting!! I bought this hosting from derago21 from BHW. I suppose there wont be any problem untill mine is under offshore hosting right?

I got this first result.

I don't think they will sue your site.. Though.. You are a going to be victim for all those spammers, and you will probably get a copy with various back doors ready to get overrun by malicious scripts and malware.. When it comes to running a successful business, don't be scared to throw some money at it.. It will pay you back in the end.
