Will Netfirms delete my domain if I hide their banner?

I bought one domain from Netfirms. The package includes the free hosting so I used it to run my website.

I modified my html code so that I can hide their banner which comes along with free hosing offer.

My question is: Will they delete my "domain account" if they see this trick? I understand that they will remove the hosting account, but what's about the domain account?

I wouldn't use Netfirms in the first place, for any of my business, period.

Last time I used netfirms was around 1998.. that was long ago

Why? Their domain price is so cheap. 5$/year.

Web site suspension / termination - if litigation or a similar adjudicative proceeding is commenced against YOU in respect of your SITE, and upon receipt by NETFIRMSâ„¢ of a Court-issued copy of such proceeding, YOUR SITE will be temporarily deactivated. The deactivation period will last until YOU have filed an appropriate Defence in respect of such proceeding, and provided NETFIRMSâ„¢ with a Court-issued copy of same. If YOU fail to defend any such proceeding, YOUR SITE will remain deactivated, without any compensation to YOU. "

You can see that they just tell about website - not mention about domain. That's why I am not sure.

you can use their registrar.. however dollar a month you can host the site without risking your domain.

just get a diff free host that gives you space with no banners...plenty out there

paid hosting is so cheap now why not just get a good stable paid hosting?
