Will my rankings be affected?

My website is 2.5 months old and is now ranking #16 and #22 for 2 good keywords. I have yet not achieved stable rankings of both keywords.
1st one is dancing between #10 and #16.
2nd keyword achieved its highest rank today(#22). Was at #100 to #200 till yesterday.
I am still building backlinks to my site using GSA SER and few manual article submissions and social bookmarks daily.

But I want to change my websites hosting due to some reasons.
I want to know will this affect my sites ranking in negative way?

It's just google's dancing and no it will not change your ranking in anyway as long as you keep your seo tags and content the same asw before.

How do I check if my new hosting is slow or fast?

Currently my website is hosted on godaddy and its going to expire soon. I actually have another hosting plan(MOCHAHOST) for next 7-8 months and so I dont want to renew this hosting.
