I've been on 100/$5000 since I started my account 6 years ago, I've been selling well.

I have between 98.x and 99.x feedback, every thing is either 4.8 or above for the DSR

Every month I reach the 100 quantity limit and use about half the $5000, 6 years no increase?? And when you open new account you can only sell 10..

Yea you should contact them. I haven't been selling that long and they auto increased me from 100 to 220 items per month. Still at $5,000 limit though.

Phone ebay and explain what you do, say you have 4 staff members etc and make you sound like a big company... they will let you list more automatically.

If you niche is cosmetics or electronics or anything plagued by fake items they will ask for suppliers info, you will need to send in invoices and proof they are real items but otherwise its easy as fuck

This is my problem unfortunately. I don't think i can call them otherwise i'll be screwed. Does it ever automatically increase without calling? Or is there another way for this account?

You can create other accounts, but my experience is that it's totally random on eBay with automatic limit increases. I've had accounts up to 240/$15,000 after selling 5 items and one that is still at 10/1000 after selling 150 items.

Increases do happen naturally, but I've found that on accounts with 100/5000 limits, the increases are a lot more rare than on 10/1000 accounts. Not 6 years rare though. If it hasn't happened by now, then I doubt it ever will naturally. I wouldn't call and risk a 6 year old account especially if you can't provide invoices.

Why not just spread sales over more than one account? Get or make yourself another 100/5000 account and your selling power doubles without having to play russian roulette by calling.

I have started a 10/1000 account already for 1 year but haven't sold on it, i will try and sell on it starting this month, i can easily reach the 10 limit but the 1000 i can't because of the items i sell, thats okay right?

I hope you are right i would be happy if it can get to 100/5000, how long would this take about?

It's best if you can hit both the quantity and dollar amount, but if you can sell 10 items and get to about half of the dollar amount, you should be good. Usually it increases to 30/3000 after a month or two. If it doesn't increase in the first two months, it should increase to 100/5000 around the 3rd or 4th month, but it can vary wildly.
