Will my isp know if I use private proxy

Means that if someone really wants to come and see what you're doing, they can and will.

If you're in the middle east they've banned facebook etc.., you can use those sites with proxies just fine. but If you're watching something like kiddie porn then that's another story. It all depends on what you're trying to do, no connection is 100% anonymous.

OP ... from what i know about the area you are from .. be very careful
like Mr Apricot said .. if they want to know what you are doing THEY WILL ..period.
for starters if its not bw intensive ..i would use tor and chain it via hma or something ..
if your concern is only that the ISP should not know, then the above method will work fine

wow I had no idea this happens anywhere in the world nowadays....so strange.
As for your original question, is there no one in your country that you can ask that, they should know better.

I'm just using the proxy for pinterest, not for anything illegal! .. so it won't be a problem .. right??
