Will my ebay account get linked through paypal?

After their split, do they still share information like that?
One of my four ebay accounts just got restricted, other three are still good. If I make a new ebay account following the stealth guide, is it okay to use the paypal? Or will I need a new paypal as well

Lol the whole process of stealth accounts is to not let eBay know you have more than 1 account. You have 3 different eBay's all sharing the same PayPal? SMH you're doing it wrong and yes it will all get linked and you'll be banned quick.
