Will my check bounce?

I am waiting to clear my first check from clickbank which is has an allowance of $163 but today I have another refund and that made my debit for that check -$165 ($2 more than the allowance). Will my check bounce? I have waited for more than 3 weeks to clear my check.

Oh, so that's really stupid of them. Can't they be a little "smart" to deduct that from my net earning. So I guess I have to wait another 4 weeks for the money to arrive in my account. Sigh.

My brother had a check from copeac bounce they took like a over a month to send him a good check and by that time his bank had even closed his account because of it.
