Will migrating shared hosting to cloud hosting affect SEO?

I'm in the process of migrating my site from shared hosting to cloud hosting, but I'm not changing my domain. In fact, I'm using the same hosting company, just that my site seemed to have outgrown shared hosting, so I decided to try the Cloud before settling for VPS.

What I'd like to know is if migrating to cloud hosting without changing my domain affect my site's SEO.

I'll appreciate all your 2 cents.

A proper migration won't change the structure of your website, so migrating from shared to cloud will be the same as migrating from shared to shared.. There is the complicated talk.. but I don't think it will affect SEO if your website isn't down too much..
