So lots of views but low retention = low rank
So view exchange sites can be bad, eg 30 seconds
The logic behind this is that YT thinks the videos bad because people don't stay to watch it all
So does view+like from view exchange sites nullify the low rank effect?
Since like = good video

Never mind, I don't expect people to waste credits to test it.
But from logic this is what I assume:

If a user clicks like but views the video for 30 seconds is like someone walking out of a movie and gives it a 5 star review. If I was a search engine algo, the only logical reason would be the person really enjoy watching this video but gets distracted by another video with a catchy thumbnail and title. Therefore this video is good but not good enough to prevent the viewer from getting distracted and thus the positive effect of this action should be more or less equal to the effect of a person viewing the entire lenght of video without liking.
